சென்னை தொடக்க நிறுவனம் ஜோஹோ தமிழ் மொழி ஆதரவுடன் AI-இயக்கும் CRM தொகுப்பை அறிமுகப்படுத்துகிறது

Zoho Corporation, the Chennai-based software giant, has launched its most ambitious product yet — an AI-powered CRM suite that natively supports Tamil along with 25 other languages.

The new platform, Zoho CRM Plus AI, uses large language models trained on Tamil business vocabulary to enable sales teams to use the software entirely in their native language.

Zoho founder Sridhar Vembu called the Tamil support a "commitment to building technology for Bharat, not just for Silicon Valley."

The AI assistant can draft emails in Tamil, summarise customer interactions, and predict deal closures with 87% accuracy based on historical data.

The product is targeted at Tamil Nadu's growing MSME sector, which accounts for over 30 lakh businesses in the state.
